Getting Started

If you’re considering working together, the first step is simple and low-pressure.

No selling. Let’s have a conversation to understand your situation, test for mutual fit, and decide whether it makes sense to go further.

Investment Philosophy

My services are premium because they deliver transformation, not incremental improvement. Investment varies based on engagement type, scope, and duration:

Fractional CXO/VP Product Design roles

typically run three to twelve months, with monthly retainers reflecting the strategic nature of the work and level of commitment required.

AI strategy engagements

range from intensive multi-day workshops to longer-term implementations depending on your starting point and ambition.

Speaking and training

are priced per engagement, with custom workshops involving design and preparation time beyond delivery.

I'm happy to discuss specific numbers once I understand your needs. I don't publish rates publicly because every situation is different and I'd rather have a conversation about value than lead with price.

Get in Touch

If you’d like to explore working together:

I typically respond within 24–48 hours, and we can schedule an initial conversation from there.

How the Process Works

  • We start with a conversation, typically 30 to 60 minutes, where I learn about your situation, challenges, and what you're trying to accomplish. You get a sense of whether my approach fits your needs and culture. This conversation is free and no-obligation. It's as much about whether we're a good fit as about the specific engagement.

  • If we both think there's potential, I'll spend time understanding your organization more deeply. This might include reviewing materials, talking with additional stakeholders, or observing how your team works. Based on this, I'll develop a proposal outlining what I recommend, how we'd approach it, timeline and investment required, and expected outcomes.

  • If you decide to move forward, we establish clear agreements about scope, timeline, communication cadence, decision rights and stakeholder access. I don't believe in surprise fees or scope creep. We agree upfront what we're doing and adjust formally if circumstances change.

  • Throughout our engagement, you'll have clear visibility into progress, challenges, and next steps. I communicate frequently and transparently, believing that surprises are rarely good in consulting relationships.

  • We establish clear metrics for success at the beginning and track them throughout. If something isn't working, we address it directly and adjust approach rather than continuing down an ineffective path.
